That means 6 months of customer support is included in your purchase of any of the VictorThemes themes from Envato, and Victorthemes is committed to offering full customer service during this period. You are eligible to renew or extend your support subscription if you have less than 6 months support remaining. The cost of purchasing support can vary according to the different periods of your subscription. How do I renew or extend my support? :
In order to extend or renew an item's support offering, you must have less than 6 months of the existing support period remaining and also the author must still be offering support on their item.
- Log in to your envato account
- Hover over your username and click Downloads from the drop-down menu.
- The downloads section displays a list of all the items purchased using your account.
- Click on Renew support now! or Extend now next to the item you wish to renew the item support for and that’s it!
If I Do Not Renew The Item Support :
The only thing that changes is that you will not be granted access to hands on support. You will however continue to receive theme updates that contain bug fixes, patches and new features and access to our online documentation.
