Revolution Slider
Slider Revolution is an innovative, responsive WordPress Slider Plugin that displays your content the beautiful way. Whether it's a Slider, Carousel, Hero Scene or even a whole Front Page, the visual, drag & drop editor will let you tell your own stories in no time!
Installing Revolution Slider :
Before you can build your own slider you’ll need to install and activate the Revolution Slider plugin.
- Once you installed WordPress theme you have notification like Begin Installing Plugins or Begin Activating Plugins.
- After clicking that link it will move to Appearance > Install Plugins here you have Revolution Slider Plugin install and activate plugin the with all other required plugins using Bulk Action option.
- All the plugins installed successfully then you will see the link Like Return to the Dashboard.
If you don't have Revolution Slider in your theme Download Slider and install & activate it in Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin in your WordPress Dashboard.
Import And Export Revolution Slider :
Revolution Slider allows you to Import/Export your slides. It’s always a great think to backup your sliders so you can easily import them again if you need to. Making slides takes a lot of time, make sure you export the data so you don’t ever lose the time you’ve spent on them. The Revolution Slider requires you to export each slider individually. Export each slide you have made and it will give you an individual zip file that contains all the necessary files.
Import Revolution Slider :
- Go the the Revolution Slider tab in your WordPress Dashboard then click the Import Slider button.
- Choose the .zip file of the slider you’d like to import it for your page.
- Once you’ve chosen the .zip file in that popup then Import Slider button will appear.
- Click the Import Slider button, and wait for it to finish uploading.
- Once it’s finished uploading, you will see your imported slider in the list of Revolution Sliders.
Export Revolution Sliders - Way - 1 :
- Go the the Revolution Slider tab in your WordPress Dashboard then open the slider you need to Export.
- Switch to the Slider Settings tab on the top of the page.
- On the right options , You will find the Import / Export / Replace dropdown. Click it to expand the tab and view the options in it.
- Select the Export tab, and click the Export Slider button.
Export Revolution Sliders - Way - 2 :
This another and simple way to Export the revolution slider

- Go the the Revolution Slider tab in your WordPress Dashboard here you can see your sliders.
- Hover the mouse on the slider you need to export
- Then you can see down arrow in bottom of the slider click that arrow
- In that you have Export option like in screenshot.
- Click that Export option then you can save your slider in needed place in you system.
